Haley is a lunatic, in the best possible way. That girl dressed herself and her friend Camille up as a grumpy old lady and her dog, and I have not laughed so hard in a long, long time.
That is absolutely hilarious. When I first saw that picture I have to admit that the picture of her cute friend as the dog really creeped me out. They are so cute!
