The Finish Line
After 30 years that probably felt more like 60, my dad is retiring today! My brother Ryan (long know as "The Favorite One" around our house) put together a surprise shindig in Dad's honor on Saturday, in true favorite-child form. It was fun ... I especially enjoyed Uncle Dale's eulogy of dad's career. (All of you cousins should see it sometime ... maybe Ryan can bring it to the reunion next year?) Congrats, Dad. Here's to a Mountainland-free future, eh?

Oh, and yes, it was only in the 70's today and yes, I was FREEZING! We are going to St. Petersburg to the beach tomorrow and it better warm up!
