Push Face

It's been a while since I last posted about Carter and his bathroom habits. You might think that this means that he's fully potty trained ... ho, no, no! He still requests a diaper for his pooping. I do. not. get it. We're doing our best to get him off the diapers; my latest bribe was a "Speed Racer" Hot Wheels car and a mini cheesecake. How does he pass up cheesecake?!?? Anyway, please enjoy this video of Chris doing his best to coax some turds out of our little turd.

Please, stop, your making my eyes tear up. I guess now I will have to share my bathroom story. I wasn't going, fearing it may be too. . . much for some, but it can't be any more . . too much than watching Carter on the potty.

Ha, ha! Oh, that was funny! I really wish I could have seen what Chris' face looked like when he was trying to get Carter to do it, tho!

Too funny. I had the hardest time getting Ethan to poop in the toilet. It was, I dare say, a total nightmare. I wouldn't give him a diaper and so he would hold it in ALL DAY LONG and he would cry all day because he had such a bad stomach ache. Finally near the end of each day he'd finally go in the toilet - not without a lot coaxing. For some reason he was just so scared. I think that went on for a week or so. He'll get there - I haven't seen a kindergartener in diapers yet. :)

After watching that I am sure that Chris is an EXCELLENT labor/delivery coach, too.

The video is hilarious! It's nice to see that I wasn't the only one who struggled getting a little boy in this area. Good luck!

LOVE IT! It would have been just as funny, I'm sure, to have Carter turn the camera on Chris' "push face."
