The old guy in this viedo (with the USA t-shirt) was ABBA's guitarist and told some pretty cool stories about touring with ABBA. I can't even imagine how surreal an experience this must be for him!

I knew we were in for a treat as soon as I heard that question! My dad and I saw the Swedish ABBA tribute band "Arrival" last night ... it was so freakin' awesome! I love, love, love ABBA - it's too bad I wasn't born 10 years earlier so I could have appreciated them in their heyday. But this concert was definitely the next best thing: Arrival is the only tribute band that has ABBA's permission to exactly duplicate their costumes and shows. Thanks for going with me, Dad - I had sooo much fun!

OH, OH, OH! I love ABBA too! I discovered them my freshman year at SUU and have loved them since. In fact, ABBA GOLD is the only music I listen to when I work out. Nothin' like the beginning of Voulez Vouz to get you goin'.
I always loved Super Trooper because I drove that awesome Trooper in High School, but The Name of the Game is my all time fave. Have you seen the movie Muriels Wedding???

I had such a great time with you at the show . . . I would go again in a heartbeat. Arrival was fantastic and sounded just like ABBA to me. The great thing was, every song they played - you knew - and could sing along with them. Thank you again for inviting me. It was one of the highlights of my summer! Dad

I was just talking to one of my friends tonight that was there last night - she loved it too. Isn't it soooo nice to get a night out every once in a while? Especially to something that you love!
P.S... we must be on the computer at the same time. Seriously sometimes I'll skip the sleep to have some good quiet time at night! :)

Katie, you have to go see Mamma Mia. I saw it this week, but would definately go again. We should have a girls night and go.
I wanted to go, but we were outta town. Some of my family went and said it was really fun. I don't know why, but ABBA reminds me of being in Holland?! I must have listened to them while we were there?
