Sea World and Disney and Padres, Oh My

I tried to add these few pictures to the end of the beach post, but for some reason all of the new text was blue and underlined. And blue underlined text is just way too annoying for a perfectionist like myself. Just after we took this picture, a couple of little boys came running up, calling, "We found the pirate treasure!" So Carter yells to them in his best pirate voice: "Arr! We found it first!"
We spent 13 hours at Disneyland. Nobody - not even the twins - fell asleep until Carter crashed while in line for Splash Mountain at about 10:00pm. We looked like a zombie family when we finally stumbled out of there.
We go to Padres games every spring, but we haven't seen them win in several years. I'm starting to think that we're cursed.
I usually can't bear to end posts on a picture because it seems so abrupt, but I'm too tired to think of a snappy concluding sentence! Please forgive me.

I am so jealous. Our poor kids have never even seen the beach. I LOVE your house plan. We always did have similar taste. I hope you keep posting pics as it goes up.

Tatyana is looking at the pictures of the kids in Disneyland and saying "NO FAIR!!". You are brave to take all your kids to Disney. I don't even want to go to the grocery store with them anymore!!!

Oh, that Carter! He seriously cracks me up!! I would have LOVED to hear his Pirate jab! I also can't believe how much he is looking like his dad!

I think we all leave Disney feeling/looking like zombies. Zombified at how tired we are AND at how much money we just spent. Way fun, nonetheless!

So glad you guys had fun!!

P.S. It looks as though you have the twinses binkies secured to their bodies with dental floss. Haha. Yes, only I would notice something like that...

You're right, Linz. I spent the first half hour we were there looking for dropped binkies, and I was thinking, "How on earth can I keep the babies from chucking these?" Dental floss. Worked like a charm, too! I did it again at Sea World a couple of days later.
