We lived with my parents for a few months after Chris finished law school while we looked for a house to buy. We only had one car at the time, and Chris was working pretty long hours as a new attorney, so I spent a lot of time hanging out in my parents' basement with Haley. That's the scene of this video clip, taken just after Haley's first birthday in March 2003. This might be my favorite clip ever of Haley. I just love how easily entertained she is, how her hair kind of makes her look like a space cadet, and how her eyes bug out with the exertion of laughing hysterically at nothing at all.
